Proverbs chapter 11 verse 14 NLT says, “ Without wise leadership, a nation falls; there is safety in having many advisors.”  Proverbs chapter 15 verse 22  NIV says, “ Plans fail for lack of counsel, but with many advisers they succeed.”

       Therefore, Lifted does not function with unilateral leadership... meaning we do not have a Presiding Prelate, we do not have a President, we do not have any “one person” who is responsible for leading the reformation. But because wisdom says that we should have many advisers, Lifted is led by a multilateral Prelatry.
